  Avocado Head Update please?

so how do I delete my own post, I had my settings wrong (set to view only threads from last day, so I missed the Avocado update) Now I see the update and want to delete my post. The Edit button says "Edit/Delete Post" when then I can't figure out how to delete my post. Any help please?

We were told that we should have had the CDs quite a while ago.... Terry's manager is looking into why they're not here yet.
