Are too! Never been signed to a mainstream label.

And who gives a crap - good tunes is good tunes, and a label is a label so long as it gets out there.

What's so bad about being Christian J?

You know when you see these big ole coffee table books, you look and see if your favourite bands get a mention. So I scan the index at the back and I see Petra. WTF I say to myself, let's see what it says.

There's a double page write up that starts with Larry Norman, and goes on to make some interesting observations about what CCM is and isn't. Then there's a nice paragraph that talks about the relevant bands who made good music, and the in the very short list was Mark Heard, Daniel Amos, 77s.

Pretty bloody cool.

There are some wicked songs on the album. Not the most consistent album he's ever done - but it's worth getting.

The Hudson Brothers rocked, you plonker!

... AND THEIR TV SHOW ROCKED!

STUART, dude. Not Stewart. Stewart is a small town north of Terrace BC, that is so small and icky, that their only claim to fame (other than being the location where John Carpenter filmed THE THING) is being close to the border of Hyder Alaska - a similar place only smaller whose big claim to fame is an over proof so strong they call it getting "Hyderized" you drink a shot and not fall over dead you get the drink free. If not, you or your next of kin have to buy a round for the house.

So mister Berger Roy Al it's Stuart. PS You have a really cool name for the circus, ever think of working with white tigers and getting a tan?

I thought KARA was okay too.

I got the first one apparently, although there was a weird brown mark on the CD insert which kind of freaked me out.

That's the spirit. BE THE SONG, don't just play it.

Might I suggest a short set list:

Like a Virgin
Mmmmmbop
Da da da
Hotel California
Stairway to Heaven
A rousing version of Wipe out that segues into Smoke on the Water.

You guys would be kings! KINGS!!!

Good for you. Be nervous, but in the words of Elmore Leonard, "Be Cool."

Just remember to have fun, and the rest will take care of itself.

Jevon, er - Stu.

KISS drummer all suffer from timing issues. Peter Criss' drumming was as eratic as Princess Di's personality.

I'll give you marks for Stan Lynch though.
