Where's Steve Whore-Of-Babylon?
I thought he was "official"?
Have they already kicked his Skinny bottom out of the group?

Maybe the most underrated CD Terry's done. I hadn't even heard of half the songs. What a cool CD.

It's been 4 1/2 years since this post.
Knowing Dorf, he probably sold it on eBay for a wad of cash. |
And just how well do you "know" dorf?
|
Not in an Old Testament way, I can assure you.

Got mine yesterday & just finished watching it.
This DVD is an excellent chronology of Daniel Amos. Very humorous & entertaining. Lots of wacky inserts throughout (I didn't realize how difficult it was for the 4 guys to squeeze their fat heads into that Darn Floor-Big Bite shot). From the early days of country/swing/soft jazz Daniel Amos to the keyboard-laden pop/punk of the Alarma! era to the grungier theme albums of the 90s, this perspective covers many years & many stages.
The constants throughout are Terry Scott Taylor & Ed McTaggart. A definite buy for the fan, this DVD would also resonate well with any Christian music fan that possesses a sense of humor.
The biggest frustration is that there is way too much material that must be left out due to the bands extensive volume of work. They really deserve more of a DVD box set. Also, I was hoping for some Swirling Eddies material but those guys are just too mysterious & evasive, I reckon.

Very cool, Bereal.
Why don't you post up that previous pic of you & Derald side by side with the new one and let's study how much you both have aged over the past ...what?....3 years?

Interesting.............yet cool, especially the wavy face thing
At least, Steve Hindalong didn't chime in with a tamborine singing, "The head....the head..."
Although I'm not versed in this, I'll give the interpretation a shot:
You've been having strong nostalgic feelings regarding your affinity to Daniel Amos, TST, & Swirling Eddies. You fear that their music will stay in the past, though you yearn for it in the present and the future.
