Yo Dorkasso, I heard the version of Breathe Deep by Theo and the Banos, and although the sound quality blows, mainly due to Theo's singing and playing, you should put that in your little fruit cup and smoke it.

Yeah.

PS, Jevon will have to send it to you first.

I thought his band was called the Foreskin Concussions. You don't want to be a headbanger!

I am looking forward to this. It'll be a real all ages show. A gaggle of kids, some adults and my mom. Dang there goes the Fart song .. maybe.

I suppose now would be a good time to practice some songs. I've been so busy worrying about making waffles, I've forgotten to learn my songs.

I'm hoping to play Breathe Deep right after the Fart song. It just seems so apropo.

Nope, but I know a guy who worked for him for a couple of years.

They're a nice guitar, but the wood's so soft.

I still prefer to beat the crap out of my old FG-345. It's aged into a nice guitar.

Speaking of bunnies, I have my father's little toy bunny from when he was a little boy. Funny how memory is. I'm the oldest kid, and neither my sister nor brother remember the bunny, but when my dad passed away a year and a bit ago, the bunny was there, and I was immediately a little kid again.

I've got it now, and the other day I showed my kids the bunny. They thought it was cool.

It's in better shape than that Baxturd Bunny ...

Wes, would you like, be the emcee guy?

"Ladies and gentlement, children of all ages, welcome to the show, hey are there any anniversaries out there tonight? Ma'am I must say you look lovely this evening, (looking at the daughter) I see you brought your sister along."

You could do a glowing introduction for Theo, gush and make him blush and all that. As for the Banos, the less said the better. I guess you could mention that I've got a day pass, and that I'm feeling much better thank you very much. The voices aren't nearly as loud as they ... what? Get an ax? Okay ...

Whew

Also, I need someone to pour drinks and act as bouncer at the door. We've got some Hell's Angels next door ...

I wouldn't worry too much about the humour part, Theo you saw the set list I sent to your work e-mail, I'm pairing it down and trying to interject more "real" songs that don't involve animals or dead musicians.

This should be fun

In lieu of a shed we had a woodpile on the side of the house ...

Sadly we don't have a shed out back, however, we often nab the neighbour's dog. That and the fortyeleven sheep.

See the FAQ, it's all good, and supports the band. Buying here's great. buying elsewhere assures wider distribution.

The point? Well, if it's the 15 buck thing that's got you worried, buy 3 of the 5 dollar ones and spread the news!

I can't give too much away, or the Canadian spy agencies will be all over me like flies on cow droppings.

Saskatchewan is the code name for our secret society. I'm really on the board of directors at TBN and we're in negotiations with Gary Busey's people at the moment to make him our honorary spokesman. We're trying to get Anita Bryant to come out of retirement, but she's not returning out calls, and the case of Florida oranges we sent as a peace offering was returned to us. With a nasy note from Burt Reynolds.

Kids are cool, but just like kittens and puppies they grow up and become adults. I mean, it happens. On the farm we had a cute little tabby grow up to become the Premier of Alberta. Little Ralph is making us all proud.

Stuart

PS My younger brother Hugh went to a bass players clinic, and was told that he only needed the to play the low "E" string. Is that true? If so what are the other strings for, and why are there frets?

Tim, you must have some recording equipment around the house. Have you thought of having some fun and contributing a song to More Negative Fruit?

Also, do you ever get weirded out watching Friends and hearing your last name used as a first name? I mean that's just weird.

Another thing, do you still play a 12 string bass? Was that just a novelty thing to see if a Tim could play one as good as a Tom?

Is it true that the Mullet is making a comeback in Nashville?

Do you ever bug Derri about looking like Paul Williams? My wife Erma thinks he's cute, but could use a hair cut. Maybe it's a Sampson thing. If he was to cut his hair he'd lose the ability to sing and play the guitar rendering him a bass player, or percussionist.

Oh oh, have you ever been to Saskatchewan? I have a friend who has a farm there, and says he saw you on the Vox Human tour and that you guys played a blistering set to about 100 people. He says hi, and wants to know if you remember him. He had blondish hair, and was about 6' 4" and looked a little like Jim Nabors

Just curious.

I thought this was complaints from a new listener. I was all set to turn brown and get all angry.

This was mostly nice stuff about some bug.
