Quick Contest
First correct answer wins.
Winner gets free admission to the CA BBQ.
At the beginning of The Swirling Eddies' "Big Guns" (he said bigg'uns, heh heh) a Native American is heard singing "way uh ay hay, wayonna". This is a stock music sample that the boys licensed for their record.
The 3 part question: A mainstream, secular band also used the exact same sample (with a little extra that SE don't use) in one of their songs in the early 90s. What band? What song? What album?
Hint: white stork (maybe a heron)
(to be truthful CA BBQ admission is free anyway, but still play to win)

I know the band and album, but I am not sure which track, since I do not own that particular album by the band. I don't want to pos the band or album's name yet, because someone else will then get the song.

I think the song is Malpractice.
Posted by zippetydoodaddy on 06-26-2003 at13:22:
WOW!
You guys are good!
The song is wrong, but within a couple hours the genious of the board gets the answer.
I'll keep the song a secret so someone else can have the satisfaction.
It's too bad FNM were before their time. Now, every band on Alternative (used loosely) Radio sounds like them.
They are a twice-a-year listen for me.
