Question "Baxter Swans!"

My BBQ sauce bottle from the show Sunday has this quote on it: "I Swan! This Is Mighty Tasty By-Cracky!" Terry said, "I Swan!" between songs.


What does this mean? Is it a reference to some SoCal in-joke?
