hey you guys, i was away from my computer for a while. sorry about that.

actually nashville didn't get much of anything. in the 4 years we've been here, we've had weather severe enough that we've had to have some expensive roof repairs but this one seemed to mostly just go around us. believe me, i thank God whenever that happens.

some .odd weather runs through that state. you just never know.....

like last winter, when south of nashville (franklin and brentwood) had big snow, meanwhile, i got none on the northeast side.......

that's true. we had that really great mini-blizzard a couple of years ago. took me four hours to go 3 miles home. (is there a weather thread we should move this to?)

sorry to be so serious today but what's happening to all those people down south (after the hurricane/flood) is really depressing. God help them.

I'm still having a little trouble processing everything; especially with the start of classes, I've barely had time to think about everything that's going on. But I'm glad to hear that ya'll didn't have any trouble, Tim.
