Yeah, they were put together by the fella that used to do the
"Stunt approved" bootlegs... only these weren't. Not only were
these not approved, it's a lot of stuff that will show up on later
reissues and, in some cases, it's stuff that Terry didn't want spread
around (like the Surfonic demo). He wasn't even happy with KMG
putting it out on a promo in the first place. Kind of annoying.

All of the radio promos, etc have shown up on bootlegs for a long
time.. they get traded around a lot. We even had the HD promo
on the site here once in Real Audio.
