A thousand thanks, Tim! I've had a cruddy week, & that just made it all melt away, especially the vivd comparison to Daffy Duck.
I can remember my freshman year in college (1985), when I visited a couple of high-school friends over a break. The two of them had acquire firecrackers. We drove to find a place to set them off one night, me in the passenger's seat & one of the friends in the back seat. For some reason, it seemed like a good idea to throw some out the window. The guy in back lit them & I tossed them.
A short while later I was holding one with my hand up at my sholder. Suddenly I heard a sizzling sound, looked & saw that the guy in back seat thought I had been holding it for him to light. Before it could explode in my hand, I quickly threw it out the window--where it landed at the feet of a policeman who had stopped a motorist!
Fortunately, we were able to stop at another friend's house before he could catch up with us.
& yes, I want to hear more stories about tormenting Randy Stonehill & Co.

LOL I remember my uncle trying to send a bottle rocket into the air and ending up having it slam into my other uncle's new truck. A nice little dent and a big fight followed

We love to hear any tormented road stories. I know we've
had some experiences just in the few trips we've made.
We got ice cream with Mike Roe once in a little shop full
of Amish people, who quickly gathered up the youngins
when we all walked in... no explodin' cupcakes though.
Can just imagine how many odd experiences you can rack up
being on the road for a bunch of shows.

I for one am glad that you did not make that driver crash and wipe out randy and the band.....
I was so worried reading that story... it just made me sick.
I may have to vomit now

They didn't eat the cupcake...
Speaking of crashes....seems I remember a story where the DA
van/bus almost had a crash and only the drivers special skills
overted it.... maybe Tim could tell that one..

No, but he might be able to do the reverse.
