Subject: [DADL] It's mid-May, so where's our Prickly Heat?
Last I heard from JT, Prickly Heat was supposed to ship double
copies early this month. Anybody get one yet? Do Jason and Eric have
an update for us?
Joel
----------------
I'll call the manufacturer and the Townsends (who I know are in Florida
taking a bit of a much needed break) and provide the update. The last I
heard from NCD (the manufacturer), everything was going to be sent to
the Townsends on time. I'll confirm it with the gents at the plant this
afternoon. Thanks.
As a complete side note, we are busy planning some very pleasant
surprises for those of you fortunate enough to attend CStone this year.
:^)

Just keeping this alive.
I know there's a lot of stuff in the pending pot. Anyone care to divulge gnus, tidbits, rumours?
Should I even bother to bring my checkbook to sea-stone?

Yes, last we heard we should have the Prickly Heat discs
this week. Things change, thats why we hate to say much until we are sure anymore.
But JT said they should arrive yesterday or today,
of course, that's if the manufacturer actually sent them
when they told him. And the shipping company has no problems.
We actually sent overnight CDs to Mike Roe for the Dogs
tour and UPS sent it to the wrong state and then told him
on the phone they wouldn't reroute it. We sent a second box
and called UPS who told us the box would arrive at it's
correct destination like 4 days later. (too late for the
show) We talked to another person at UPS and asked if the package was entrusted to be overnighted why don't they
overnight it to the correct destination since they screwed up.. Mike got both packages.
You just never know... every release usually has some big
problem getting done. Every package usually takes longer than it's supposed to. Nothing works as planned, thanks to that Murphy guy and his 'law'.
Oh and we can't wait to hear Prickly Heat either.
